Research Fun: Our Britannica Libraryresource is more than just an encyclopedia! The Children and Young Adult levels both have the “In the News” feature, which explores relevant topics and new discoveries. The best part? There is always a puzzle at the end: even grown-ups might enjoy these!
Screen-free Fun: Speaking of grown-ups, caregivers may want to look for ideas for hands-on activities. Get started with this searchof children’s magazines for articles that mention an “activity.” If you want something more specific, you can use the Search Within filter to the right: just enter an activity topic or type (example: “game”) and click Submit.
